Focused on the financial industry and our vision on Process innovation this part of the FPI group will provide general full service consulting to the business side of FPI customers as well as service the software implementation needs from IMS.

FPI Consultancy has several highly qualified consultants who assist de customer with their projects and business developments.

Within this entity FPI has established four key activity groups to support:

  • Full-service consulting,
  • System design and systems integration,
  • Training, which employees get specific product-oriented training in FPI and partner solutions
  • Software integration, to configure, integrate and support qualified third-party software products, as well as custom application development, based on optimising a variety of business processes related to financial processes

FPI-Investment Management Solutions

The IMS part of the FPI Group is focused on Third party solutions. IMS is the local agent for various solution providers to the financial industry that require local support. IMS will deliver to the market a palette of solutions aimed primarily at the investment management sector.

IMS is therefore specially focused on:

  • Banks & Brokers
  • Asset managers
  • Pension Funds
  • Insurance companies
  • Treasury departments of large firms

FPI-IMS is/will be the local partner of several foreign software companies who develop Investment management systems by providing:

  • Sales and marketing support
  • Project management
  • IT Staffing for implementation
  • First line support
